Yes, for some totally obscure reason that has been moved from the context menu for the folder. It is still available by selecting the folder in the folder list, then click Folder in the top menu, and Mailing list Management. The Kmail developers are particularly clueless about menus and the proper content of them. and placing options where they are needed. I've complained to them for several releases in a row that th Delete Folder does NOT belong on the folder context menu, and especially NOT next to the move all mail to trash selection.
