Hmm..I wonder. I had been following your thread with interest, and was
curious as to the source of your issues. Do try this and let us know.
I just got to work and gave SMART a shot (after opeining up my
bluecoat credentials). Sure enough, it failed with a really long ugly
message. :)

Now I need to figure out why Pan isn't reading my config files I
backed up.  :P
