Go to the nVidia site and read the README and the HOWTO for the driver 8774. Your card is supported by driver 8774.
Cheers.

Hello!
I tried to install NVidia drivers (from nvidia.com) for my GeForce4 420
Go on Toshiba
Satellite S1410-303.
When X is starting up and my screen is switching to another graphics
mode, my linux *hangs up*. I cannot switch to text mode by CTRL+ALT+Fn and
my screen is black.
I installed the newest driver according to Suse HOWTO from
http://www.suse.de/~sndirsch/nvidia-installer-HOWTO.html#3.
