I am trying to get my Belkin Wireless G Plus Desktop Card F5D7001 installed in SuSE 10.1 and I have no idea where to start. It is not being detected, though it is in a PCI slot in my Dell PowerEdge. Suse 10 or 10.1? Are you new to linux... to Suse.... ? Has the card ever worked before....linux? which version? Look dmesg output for pci messages that might give you clues to hardware

Another thing you can do is press the esc key on bootup and watch the messages fly by... look for pci related errors... driver errors, etc. My WG311T works with Suse 10 out-of-box... however, my WG311v3 does not... and I need to use the ndiswrapper for the time being to get it to work... you may be forced to do the same. The weakness in linux hardware right now is wireless drivers. Sad but too true. -- Kind regards, M Harris <><
