Read in this page http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:ZEN-Update_System_problem_in_10.1 Find attach the problem in English. I discover this problem in one of two PC. I don't know if the problem is only in my HT machine, but I haven't troubles in mi AMD PC. In another discussion page I read, about you must to update suse during installation, (and this was my problem too), and not after restart. You update during or after new installation. Please read this article. (in spanish)
I installed in one AMD Athlon XP, without update problem. I never can resolved the same for a PC XP P4 HT 3.0 (Use multiprocessor Kernell).
Thanks, but my spanish is severely lacking. From your reference above, it appears that you indicate the problem may be with hyper threading/multiprocessor kernels. This laptop is not HT, nor mulitprocessor. -- Until later, Geoffrey Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety. - Benjamin Franklin -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com __________ Información de NOD32, revisión 1.1776 (20060926) __________ Este mensaje ha sido analizado con NOD32 antivirus system http://www.nod32.com
