I think there is a difference between shortcut icon and symlink. E.g. If I
use symlink, the icon repersenting the symlink is always a executable with
an arrow for a link, rather then the beautiful Firefox icon. I can ofcourse
go to change the icon by log in as that user and right click to select an
icon for it, however it's the same old problem: I need to do it 10x20 times
each year.
