Perhaps somewhere in here they will find the answer. And if they cannot find the headers they are too lazy to look through the pull-downs near the top of their email client.

Not Nessacerely, I have done what they have said to do and it doesn't allways work. I think this is what makes the others so upset. You do what it says and they still don't take you off. Have had it happen to me. So I wouldn't get to upset with every one.
