That should be --type=zypp or -t zypp. This repository seems to have moved to http://software.opensuse.org/download/KDE:/KDE3/SUSE_Linux_10.1. Mine shows a status of inactive since last night. There seems to be some trouble getting it setup in its new home. Yesterday it did work while I updated KDE to 3.5.4 on one machine.
