If you have a specific default home page selected (contrary to a blank URL) then it will automatically go to that home page when FF is started.
(In fact, I think that as soon as you start it it goes into online mode except that it goes nowhere unless you have a specific home page selected - eg your ISP's home page - for it to actually go to.)
Cheers.

Hello, does anyone know how to make firefox start up in on-line mode? I've run out of ideas and I'm running firefox-1.5.0.4
