Do you know a way of using kprinter from ooo (right now, SUSE ooo - 10.1)?
If things haven't improved lately, use spadmin, then create PDF or FAXprinter and edit commandline to kprinter.
Guido
I finally found spadmin in /usr/lib/ooo-2.0/program, but I have only choice between fax and pdf converter.
Yes, that is correct.
pdfconverter, when filled as kprinter don't give anything (kprinter is launched, but no print
What does that mean "no print"?
the printer didn't print anything
). I beg I must add an option for file to print, but don't know which.
I just defined kprinter as OO.org printer. It went fine here. Please relaunch spadmin once more. Kprinter should be listed there, together with a pdf icon. Select properties - does it still say "kprinter" in the command field? You might try "kprinter %U" as well.

in fact something may have need some sort of restart, because now it works (without modifying anything) - I did a lot of restart (from ooo) for other reason. nice, thanks :-) jdd -- http://www.dodin.net http://dodin.org/galerie_photo_web/expo/index.html http://lucien.dodin.net http://fr.susewiki.org/index.php?title=Gérer_ses_photos -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com
