[SLE] HAL mount USB drive at specified mount point

Hi List,

I have an external USB drive which I would like mounted at a specific
mountpoint. Currently, it gets mounted at /media/external_data (that
being the filesystem's label) but I'd like it mounted
at /home/dylan/external_data

From the HAL documentation, I gather that I need to add a section to the
storage policy config which will match the device (by volume label,
preferably) and then set the mount point (or mount root) but the docs
are not clear as to exactly where in the file I need to put it and
exactly what needs to be entered.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dylan
