AIUI and I probably am not quite right - Backports are those KDE programs
that are NoArch versus i586, i686, x86_64, ppc, etc. They don't require any
special considerations for hardware architecture at compile time. Easier to
maintain when KDE updates from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 to 3.5.3, etc.
