I had the very same problem, about 2 or 4 months ago when I updated Amarok, 
so I can't remember exactly which package I installed, sorry but I guess is 
this one:

linux:/home/ikari # rpm -q flac
flac-1.1.1-5

Hope this can guide you a little.
