Hola,
Use backuppc syncing to 2 external hard drives - backuppc can use tar, rsync or smb.
Take one drive home, bring the other in, leave over night. Plus, backuppc is free +
small, it is awesomely conf'able, the email list is superlative and external hard drives
are very cheap compared to tape drives - plus it givees you room to expand your backup
regime.
