Huh.. malicious code in SVG ? oO
SVG is XML, not ActiveX or .exe

To answer your question: no, there is no risk of having malicious code
embedded in SVG images.

It's up to your browser to display them.
Firefox >= 1.5 has native support for SVG (I think recent Konqueror
versions as well)
For other/older browsers, you must install a free browser plugin from Adobe.
