BTW, I'm evaluating present status of suse-linux-e.

couldn't we think about _one_ moderated list?

I know I would work as a moderator and answer much more on such a list, actual suse-linux-e is discouraging

Moderation is fine, but who is going to pay moderator :-)

Seriously, let we finish this with opensuse-project, as we would need soon (year or so) namespace limited to project status, future plans, plan development, execution tracking. Regular meetings on #opensuse can be used for that, but mail has big advantage for project that wants to be accepted around the globe, no timezones.
