simply a poor use of the word: "official" -- but it does appear that
the source was added to YOU. I was able to see the updated version of
Evo and gtkhtml2 (presumably from this source) from within YOU ....

I haven't time presently to look further, but will check out the bug
and comment if it seems appropriate. I guess this suggests that I will
not be updating EVO until this bug clears, or will the bugzilla likely
suggest a workaround?
