This will happen. For whatever reason, YOU will sometimes not be able to
contact the YOU server from its pre-configured list. I know this can be a
geographical problem with the Internet also.

You mentioned in your other post that by manually entering
http://suse.mirrors.tds.net/pub/suse/, YOU succeeded. That means the main
SUSE YOU server was unavailable for whatever reason. It happens. Not often,
but it will be unavailable on occasion.

You did exactly the right thing to help your Consultants fix the problem.
I don't seem to have a problem from my location at this time. Could be or
may have been a local Internet problem from your location.
