There used to be yes. It is not located in the repository on mirrors.kernel.org, nor is it located on CD's 1-5 for installation. There is an AppArmor profile for oidentd, but the package itself is nowhere to be found on the installation media for 10.1. This is proven with setting up the repositories and searching, as well as searching the CD media. I normally use pidentd, and has never been an issue in the past.
Scratch that, it is on the net install.

Okay, I plan on purchasing the box set anyway, so will get it that way. I am still curious as to why my media does not have it, though this shows it should not be a problem. It is possible I missed something as always, but I know a search through Yast showed no packages on searches for oident, pident, or ident. Thanks for pointing me to this one. A lot of stuff is not on the CD isos, and will not be on the DVD iso either, due to space limitations. You won't find the src.rpms on the CDs either.
As for your search on mirrors.kernel.org, it is possible that you just didn't find the proper package group they are in. I never bother anymore trying to find a single package in the selections, just go to "search" and let Yast find it for me. You might also try moving the online repository above the CDs in the install source selection list in Yast, and refreshing it.
