As far as I know if you let you BT client start, by supplying a .torrent file, it will first check the status of your files then, since they have been fully downloaded, it will just indefinitely seed. Obviously you'll have to make sure your .iso are in the folder where the client expects them to be.

I've done all that and ktorrent still wants to continue downloading. As was pointed out ktorrent is broken, I can only guess that this part is broken as I use it to download the delta ISO's without problem. I'll try a different client and see what happens.
