May be I'm wrong, so don't bother in this case.
But when using jigdo for 10.0 I noticed that jigdo address
dowload.opensuse.org and so is given a random server at each
call.
This is cool for an unique user.
but for a thousand users, this lead any server to serve all
the files in the same way as usual download.
is it possible to be a little smarter, to make the same
server always serve the same file, thus having it on cache?
is it interesting to have, when wget asks
download.opensuse.org to direct him to a dedicated server
based on the file name?
I don't know if it is worth the trouble
