What does "ifconfig eth0" say?
I noticed some SUSE Firewall messages in the dmesg output -
192.168.2.101 was mentioned. Might that be your card?

The "tulip_stop_rxtx() failed" message? I'm not sure, but I would
ignore it for the time being.
