Icon previews in Konqui -- SuSE 10.0

Just received a hard drive for my laptop. Came with SuSE 10.0
pre-installed.
If I open Konqui and go to a folder in my home directory, open that
folder, and then click view >> preview from the top bar, I am presented
with a list of file types that can show icon previews.
**Missing** from among those file types offered is "video files." So
presently all of my video clips show only a generic icon, and I am not
given the option of turning on/off video file previews.
Conversely, on my desktop, running SuSE 9.3, I am given the option of
turning on/off video files, and so all of my video clips show a small
image (I guess this is a thumbnail?) of what's on the clip.
So....
Under SuSE 10.0 how can I get "video files" to be a displayed option in
the list of possible previews?
Thanks, gurus.
