I haven't tried, but thought you might be interested in this:

News.com reported that Cingular and T-Mobile have temporarily stopped selling
the Razr because of a defect that causes calls to be disconnected. This
applies to a few batches of US market phones AFAIK, but you might want to
double check before buying that the issue has been resolved.
