Hi!
I'm running SuSE 10.0 boxed Ed. on a laptop with P4, 512RAM, behind
a hardware firewall. All patches are installed. I'm using the KDE Desktop.
When I Restart or turn on my computer after I Turn Off, the login
screen requiring me to enter my login name and password and let me
choose my Session Type is missing. However, if I choose "End Curent
Session," the Login/Password/SessionType screen will appear. The
computer does require me to enter my Root Pasword to turn off the
computer. But, this is a laptop that I sometimes take with me on the
road, so I'd really like to require password protection to start it to
protect my privacy.
Thank you,
-Joe G
