Your system contains no SANE installation, which is needed to be able to scan in KDE
Install and configure SANE
I have studied the adviced article and the SANE website and checked the presens of the hpaio backend in the places you could expect.
In my opinion I 'm close to the solution. But what is that small hint for me?
Thanks,

I try to run Kooka, but that indicates their is no SANE library,
while I checked it is installed.
Verify if it is a duplicate of
