Yes.........and it all is done via someone reading off of a monitor. ;) The
Linux "answers" could be made available to the tier 1 people just as easily
as the MAC and 'Bloze material is.

Now that Verizon is FINALLY making DSL available in some of our areas, anyway,
I will be busy replacing 'Bloze with SUSE, as there are a number who have
Net. access via Directway.....it's been their only choice for broadband
access. I'm going to enjoy this year, I think. :)
