Thanks, this is great. I find that on her system (SuSE 10), Konqueror doesn't seem to notice the device, and it doesn't mount under /media, but on mine (9.3), Konqueror notices it, albeit unreliably, and it shows up as a camera:/ URL. On mine, Konqueror seems unstable with it, but F-Spot works like a charm. I'll persue that when I get round to her place again.
