You need to adjust your pam config to get resmgr to work via ssh
(/etc/pam.d/sshd). By default, it is not setup to work via ssh. In
9.3, it is a commented out line, easily changed. BTW, I think the only
place to get some meaning from the result codes are to look in the
source files for resmgr.
