VNC - Krdc slow

Hi,
Sometimes Krdc slows down to a line for line screen buildup when
something is done with YaST. I changed the firewall settings of one of
two NIC's (the one not used by Krdc), then the display slowed down to a
'telex machine' line-scroll screen buildup speed. How can Xvnc be
re-started with the same options it is started with at a new start of X,
without a reboot?
