IIRC added ~~~~ should add your signature, but I prefer to manually write:
-- [[User:Myname|Myname]] YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM UTC+HHMM
It's not too difficult and I get to write the date and time as I prefer them.
My clock shows the date and time so I don't have to calculate them! :)
