Hello all. This is a bit OT but as it is a prestep for a server setup... I have obtained a COMPAQ 1400VA ups with some kind of monitoring output via a RS-232 type jack on the back. There is also 8 dip-switches to play with. There was no manual or documentation with it, so i have no idea what the switches do, or what pins carries what signal. Has anyone any info on this? Tried Googling, but came up with nothing.
