I use it under SUSE 9.3. My box is a Compaq M2215LA notebook. I have seen
other cases where the sound card may be an issue, even when using the same
OS. My wife's box run 9.3 but Skype says there is a problem with the sound
device, even though sound works ok for everything else. So, you'll have to
try. Around here, integrated headphones and microphone cost about US$5.00, so
it's not that bad in case it does not work.
