According shorewall's web site (download section) for SuSE you can use
Fedora's rpms. You can get them from there.
noip is just a script, you do not need any rpm I guess. You can
prepare one by yourself with checkinstall if you wish.
Also, you may take a look at fwbuilder - so far the best think I found
about firewall building. I was amazed when I discover this product.
And there is SuSE rpm's included with the distro.
