Hi guys, In what format/directory structure should the drivers be put in the print share? I my smb.conf I have: [print$] comment = Printer Drivers path = /var/lib/samba/drivers write list = @ntadmin root force group = ntadmin create mask = 0664 directory mask = 0775 and in /var/lib/samba/drivers there are a bunch of architecture directories. I put the driver files for the printer I'm working on (HP Laserjet 1200) in the W32X86 directory, but windows keeps saying "The server on which the printer resides does not have the correct printer driver installed." It doesn't work if I put it in the WIN40 directory (which I assume is NT). The clients are Windows 2000 Server. Is there a specific directory structure I have to adhere to? I looked at the print$ share on the Windows box - it had a "3" directory in - dunno what signifies, but I tried that without any luck too. Thanks Hans
