Not sure what the problem is here. Is it that the floppies
have Unix/Linux filesystems on them?

If all you need is to transfer files from a Linux system to
a DOS/Win system by using floppies, then you can use the
'mcopy' command in Linux to put the files on a floppy with
the DOS filesystem, and they will be read off perfectly well.

With the advantage that the standard preformatting on floppies
is DOS-oriented, so you just take the floppy out of the box,
put it in the drive, and then run 'mcopy'.
