Thank you for the suggestion. I managed to get mine change, finally, and used
'Auto' & 'Generic' which seems to have cured the tapping problem but not the
fact that pressure 3/4" away from the touchpad still causes it to activate.
I can't imagine what I will have to do to get that nonsense to
stop. :-\ ...At least the touchpad is more-or-less serviceable, where it was
not. Again, thank you.
