Hi, everyone. I am trying to access the following website:
www.unitedhealthcareonline.com
However, I get the following message:
We have detected that you are using a browser that is not supported by our site. Please make sure that you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher or Netscape Communicator 4.x.
In Firefox change the browser type, delete the "unsupported" part at the end of the URL and hit reload.

Ken, sorry I don't understand. How do you change the browser type in Firefox? I don't see any screens for making this change. Simply deleting the "unsupported" part at the end of the URL and reloading doesn't change anything -- at least not on my box. Thanks for clarification. Gil
I install the "User Agent Switcher" extension, sorry.
Ah, yes. Thanks! :o) Gil
