Hmmm, company computer, so can't download email to it, but I can use webmail on it. As for Webmail clients, I don't know of any that allows you to adapt comcasts settings (as they eliminated some about two "upgrades" ago). On the double reply, I just hit the wrong button, for that I am sorry.
Being that I'm on Comcast, I can tell you it's the same as any other webmail service and you could very easily do what was asked. If it's a company computer, what the crap are you doing checking email at work in the first place? Why not do it at home where you can use a mail client because "You can't download it to the machine". -Allen
