They should outsource it to the group that distributes potholes over
the eastern seaboard of the US.

My son and I have worked out the logistics of the group by observation
- it involves helicopters, trucks, and black-clad work crews working
six days a week. The factory where they manufacture the potholes is
in Philadelphia (If you've ever driven there, you know) and R&D is
done in Queens, NY.
