There is, actually. It's maintained by The Open Group, and the linux version
is maintained by Xi Graphics
CDE ToolTalk, insofar as it uses any graphics at all, uses Motif. This will
work under KDE, you don't need to be running CDE for it to work

CDE ToolTalk, insofar as it uses any graphics at all, uses Motif. This will
work under KDE, you don't need to be running CDE for it to work
