I've got this very odd issue where primarily windows clients only see a fraction of the availible bandwidth to them. Usualy no more than 140 Kbits while Linux clients will usualy see the full 100mbits (if the client pipe is capable ). I have posted to the SUSE forums and have had limmited response. You will get help on the suse-linux-e mailing list. SUSE Linux 9.3 is a released product. openSUSE is the project for the development version that has not been released yet. The lack of response on this list is because you aren't running the openSUSE project's latest version and you shouldn't be on a production server.
However there is one stipulation here this machine is a web server for my hosting company and clients are complaining so this issue is critical and must be fixed soon otherwise I must format the machine and re-install. I've been putting this off for several days in hopes of finding a solution but the time factor is pressing.
Even more important to get it on the SUSE Linux email list that can help the most: suse-linux-e.
Sincere thanks for your attention to this matter.
