It doesn't say "the plugin folder", but "your browser's plugins folder",
so it has to be somewhere in that particular browser file tree. For
example, for mozilla it would be:

/opt/mozilla/lib/plugins/

(symlinks work ok)

On the other hand, The "system" plugins, in SuSE, are in
/usr/lib/browser-plugins/
