So I went to http://www.suse.com - Shows SuSE Linux Professional 9.3.
I then selected the SuSE Linux item from the products menu and it took me to
http://www.novell.com/products/linuxprofessional/index.html?sourceidint=hdr_
products_suse - Big SuSE Linux Professional 9.3 banner. To the right on this
page under "coming soon" it shows SuSE Linux 10.0.
I then went to http://www.novell.com scolled down to the Products listing
and selected SuSE Linux. This took me to
http://www.novell.com/products/suselinux/index.html?sourceidint=hp_products_
suselinux which shows SuSE Linux 10.
I then went to Novell Africa (http://www.novell.co.za). Their site hasn't
changed in the last 6 months. I selected SuSE Linux from the products menu
and got taken to
http://www.novell.com/products/linuxprofessional/index.html?sourceidint=hdr_
products_suse boasting SuSE Linux Professional 9.3 with SuSE Linux 10.0
under "coming soon".
It therefore seems that Novell has changed the locations of certain
documents on their website but failed to update all the references.
Someone else mentioned that it seems that Novell has not finished updating
their website - from what I've seen they need to take the entire website
back to the drawing board to fix it.
I wonder if someone from Novell is actually monitoring the SuSE mailing
lists. I'm sure if they did a lot of the issues would have been solved
already.
