No, I don't call the adherents of any major religion, nor any race,
"ragheads", and perhaps you should consider following me in that. It may have
escaped your attention, but this is an international list intended for an
international readership and I'm sure you wouldn't want unintentionally to
hurt anyone's feelings. But for the benefit of those of us unfamiliar with
your terminology, perhaps you could define that group in terms we might find
in a dictionary?

Splendid, well that's a point by point refutation of any arguments I presented

Presumably your edition of the Gettysburg address would read
