If those pictures are accurate, it certainly looks much better than 9.3.
That winter scene popped up in my SUSE radar a while back.. I forget where I saw it though. If I remember correctly, it's an "easter egg" of sorts. Only shows under certain conditions. I'll poke around and see if I can find the source (it might have been one of the many mailing lists I'm on).
