Thanks for this very interesting information, Carl. Do you have a recommended
manufacturer? I notice that MSI says Crucial and Corsair and several others
are "approved" (or some similar term). I looked at Corsair and Crucial sites
and see that both of them guarantee that their memory will work with my
board.
But I also notice that there are considerable price differences. Corsair
memory is much less expensive than Crucial's. But am I comparing apples to
apples? Other than noting that the descriptions are identical (DDR400 PCI
3200 1 GB sticks), what else would you recommed I use to make a purchase
decision?
