Hi, The upgrade from 9.3 (and before from 9.1) is almost flawless. The only thing where I have a lot of problems is in the font config, they don't look ugly, but I'm used to see them different. In suse9.3 the byte code interpreter was disabled for legal reasons and in 10.0 the byte code is enabled again (see freetype2-devel changelog), so fonts should look like in 9.1, but that's not the case. Searching google I found the most important result: http://lists.suse.com/archive/m17n/2005-Aug/0008.html Unfortunately, things are more difficult than I understand and I'm not sure what I need to do to enable byte code in the config. [1] [1] It's a problem with the configuration rather than a problem with the packages. I tried with my package compiled with byte code for 9.3 and I have the same results.
