Hello all,
I write a CD-RW (moserbaer) with K3B on SuSE 9.3. Writes and works well. Then I use the same CD-RW to erase and write with Nero on WindowsXP. Now again I write with K3B. It either fails to write at this point itself or it fails if I again try to write with Nero on Windows. Usually I go by the default options in both Nero and K3B. I have crashed two RW's like this till now.
Is it a problem using both Nero on Windows and K3B on linux on the same CD-RW?
Or am I not doing something correctly?

Usually this is a problem either with the burner, or with the media, but most probably with the burner. I had similar problem in the past, after 2-3 rewrites, it toasted the media. Changing the burner solved the problem. Cheers -- -- Svetoslav Milenov (Sunny)
