Hi, I wish to block 2-3 sites on my proxy (SUSE 9.3; squid) and I wonder if there would be a more effective way to block _any_ traffic generally to that servers, than to play around with squidguard...

This isn't perfect, but something along the lines of: `iptables --source 0.0.0.0/0 --proto tcp --destination XXX.YYY.ZZZ.AAA -j DROP` Should do the trick. Just fill in the XXX.YYY.... with the IP address of the site you want to block.
